Finesco Associates, Inc. (FAI), is a tax preparation firm, and strongly believes in protecting the confidentiality and security of information we collect about you. This notice refers to FAI by using the terms "us,""we," or "our." This notice describes our privacy policy and describes how we treat information we receive ("information") about you.

Why We Collect and How We Use Information: We collect and use information for business purposes with respect to our business relationships involving you. These business purposes include providing financial, tax, and retirement planning services to you as well as preparing tax returns and dealing with taxing authorities for you.

How We Collect Information: We get our information from you. The information that you give us when you take advantage of the services we offer gives us the information we need to provide those services. On some occasions we may obtain information from third parties whom you have authorized to give us that information. Information collected may relate to your finances, employment, family members, or other such information needed to provide you the service(s) you've requested.

How We Protect Information: We treat information in a confidential manner. Our employees and associates are required to protect the confidentiality of information. These employees and associates may access information only when there is an appropriate reason to do so, such as to administer or process the services we provide. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information.

Information Disclosure: We may disclose any information where disclosure is required by law. For example, information may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory agencies when we are properly served papers requesting such information, or to help us prevent fraud. Other than that, information gathered in our capacity as a registered investment advisor or as a tax preparation firm is only disclosed to outside parties when you request that we do so and authorize us, in writing, to disclose such information.
